A faster pace workout that uses Pilates Equipment: Chair, Reformer, or Tower Plus fitness equipment: Stability Ball, MOTR (roller with resistance tabs) or BOSU! Classes are designed to challenge balance and improve core control.
This class combines two pieces of Joe Pilates equipment. Both pieces contain springs that strengthen the muscles of the legs, abdomen, back, and shoulders for creating a lean and lengthened body!
