Beginner Equipment & Mat Classes
A Personal Training class to learn Pilates exercises on the Reformer, Mat or both!
This class follows the one-on-one Introductory Sessions.
Classes will meet for 4 consecutive weeks with a maximum of 4 people per class!

Choose a 4 week Group of Equipment classes or Mat classes to learn Pilates:
Equipment Pilates
Group E 1: Fridays at 6:00 pm, February 2, 9, 16, 23
Group E 2: Wednesdays at 7:10 pm, February 21, 28; March 7, 14
Group E 3: Fridays at 4:45 pm, March 2, 9, 16, 23
Group E 4: Wednesdays at 6:00 pm, April 4, 11, 18, 25
Mat Pilates
Group M 1: Fridays at 4:45 pm, February 2, 9, 16, 23
Group M 2: Wednesdays at 6:00 pm, February 21, 28; March 7, 14
Group M 3: Fridays at 6:00 pm, March 2, 9, 16, 23
Group M 4: Wednesdays at 7:10 pm, April 4, 11, 18, 25

About the Studio
Located in Neffsville, PA off of Route 501 at The Village at Fiddlers Green.
Sole instructor, Maureen Dressman, has an extensive knowledge of the body. Her teaching experience enables her to work with all ages and many physical conditions.
